Time travel sort of complicated. Dave's time traveling took us back to that island... and we saw some of the townspeople heading into that cave. They didn't come back out, though.
...at least that answers who was there first wonder what was in that cave that got them killed either that or they just got lost any chance dave said just how far back you guys went?
with everything we found out there they definitely weren't shipwrecked and if it was like when we went and the sirens weren't around that means something else in those caves probably got them I almost want to go back and look around the water and see if I can find anything else, but I have other places I have to go first

exactly I'm pretty sure you're the only friend I have who knows what any of that is like it's been years but I still don't really know how to feel about all of it other than perpetual exhaustion

To be honest, I slept a lot more than I probably should have when I first got here... I feel kind of bad about it now. Like I wasn't making the most of my time just because I could sleep in forever, or stuff like that.
So I try to avoid it as much as possible now. It's true that this town would probably find a way to wake us up anyway, though.
I sort of doubt the town cares if you took a well-deserved break, dude. anyway you've been here for longer than I have and I don't remember you sleeping forever, so it probably didn't last that long besides. sometimes that's the only option we have until we wake up in an ice palace or whatever I'm still kind of mad we're getting sent different places without warning, too
where can you even run in this place... but you're right, it was. i wonder if it's gonna happen again but the real thing i want to know is if we can ever access them again like the island and stuff
